Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the same attention to detail you’d give to planting your favorite flowers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

Just as you’d expect premium quality from our garden products, we expect you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with any item (except those listed below), we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Like delicate plants that can’t be replanted, these items cannot be returned:

• Artificial grass (once cut to size)
• Compost, manure & soil (for health and safety reasons)
• Fertilisers & plant food (due to chemical regulations)
• Opened bags of compost or soil amendments

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our garden-loving team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• Product details (name and item number if available)
• Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

• We’ll email you a confirmation
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return. Shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your garden tools, furniture, or other items arrive damaged or incorrect (like receiving a chiminea when you ordered a garden arch), please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our customers outside the United States (excluding most Asian destinations and certain remote areas):

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Duties and taxes are non-refundable
